Sessions will take place in the University of Cambridge West Road Concert Hall, which is the largest conference facility within the University. Ideally situated only minutes’ walk from the famous Cambridge backs and King’s College Chapel, the Concert Hall is renowned for its superb acoustic qualities.
Many European cities have connections to the most convenient airport, Stansted Airport, which is just 30 minutes from Cambridge by rail or road.
Heathrow Airport has connections to many major airports around the world and has direct bus connections to Cambridge and a rail link via London.
Eurostar trains terminate in London at St. Pancras station, adjacent to King’s Cross rail station. From there it is a 45 minute journey to Cambridge.
Parking in Cambridge public car parks is expensive and at some distance from the venue. On street parking nearby is available but very limited. Delegates may park at the Madingly Road Park and Ride and use the Universal bus service to West Rd.
